The program commenced with chanting of Ved Mantras, followed by Havan Yagya, soothing divine music and spiritual discourses.

According to historians, the traditional calendar, Vikram Samvat used in India by all traditional Hindus is said to be 57 years ahead of the now popularly used Gregorian calendar.
