The pious day of Shri Guru Purnima Mahotsav, 2022 was celebrated with full vigour across the globe, at various branches of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) located at Pithoragarh (Uttarakhand), Saharsa (Bihar), Dungarpur (Rajasthan), Pathardi (Maharashtra), Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Bangalore (Karnataka), Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Patna (Bihar), Chakan (Maharashtra), Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Pauri (Uttarakhand) etc. in July 2022 month. The print media also covered the program of DJJS celebrated in different parts of the world. On this auspicious day, the disciples collectively participated in the Mangal Aarti with the Pujan of Gurudev. The series of devotional songs sung at the program, filled everyone’s heart with devotion and divine memories of Gurudev.
The Preacher Disciples of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder & Head, DJJS), inspired the devotees to accelerate their speed on the path of bhakti. They quoted examples from the scriptures and biographies of the renowned saints, to motivate the devotees. The great grand day of Shri Guru Purnima is of utmost importance in the life of a disciple because this day reminds him of the blessings of his Master, who imparts meaning to his otherwise dull and directionless stay on earth, through Brahm Gyan. This special day enhances devotion and determination in the life of a disciple and makes him move forward with enthusiasm on the path of bhakti.
Lord Krishna has aptly stated that those who achieve the loving God in their life, nothing else is left for them to achieve in this materialistic world; and, those who have won this world but are far away from God, have actually achieved nothing! Our history is full of real-life examples, supporting this statement. On one hand was Alexander the Great, who won the world, but left this world empty handed with sorrow and dissatisfaction. On the other hand was Saint Kabir Das Ji, who did not have the worldly luxuries, but was always happy and contented as he used to be connected with the Divine all the time. Fortunate are those who have the powerhouse of divinity in their life in the form of the Perfect Master of the time, who helps his disciples to excel both in spiritual and worldly realms.
There was a time in human history when devotees were tested by the Perfect Master of that time, of being capable for attaining the Divine Knowledge. However, considering the plight of man and the earth in today’s time, Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji has made the science of Spiritual Enlightenment (Brahm Gyan) reachable and accessible to people very easily because it is the need of the hour. The time ahead will surely witness the accomplishment of the mission of Gurudev – establishment of peace in the world through the eternal technique of Self-Realisation, Brahm Gyan!
The program was concluded with group meditation and the devotees took valuable learnings with them on the precious day of Shri Guru Purnima Mahotsav, 2022. They vowed to follow the path of bhakti with more willpower, enthusiasm, and sincerity.
