To promote traditional methods of Ayurvedic Treatment and create awareness amongst masses on the effectiveness of Ayurveda as a natural course of complete health & well-being; Divya Jyoti jagrati Sansthan under its holistic health program ‘Aarogya’ is extending ayurvedic treatment to the people by organizing 'Ayurvedic Health Check-up Camps' through its various Centers across the country.
DJJS Dhilwan Centre in Punjab organized a one day mega ‘Ayurvedic Health checkup Camp’ in the premises of Mata Jamuna Devi Mandir, Rayya, Tehsil Baba Bakala, Amritsar on 19th of September 2021.
The camp was inaugurated by Sardar Manjit Singh Manna (former MLA) and Shri Amit Sharma (Pradhan Nagar Panchayat, Rayya) as chief guests. While addressing to the media, Sardar Manjit Singh Manna appreciated the organization for its selfless efforts in facilitating Ayurveda to the reach of general masses.
Dr. Jai Prakash, Dr. Parminder Singh Moudgil, Dr. Shalokya Bharti, Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, Dr. Geeta & Dr. Usha - a team of well experienced Ayurvedic doctors from Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ayurvedic Treatment Centre, Nurmahal provided free consultancy and diagnosis to the registered patients for varied ailments. Special arrangements have been made in the camp for Blood-Sugar Test, BP check-up & Blood Tests. Around 300 patients reaped benefits in terms of consultation, diagnosis and ayurvedic medicines.
An informative awareness was given to the patients about the ayurvedic medicines of diabetes, high blood pressure, hemorrhoids, joints pain, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid etc. Also well researched Ayurvedic medicines manufactured at SAM Ayurvedic Pharmacy at Nurmahal, Punjab were provided to patients at concessional price. A large number of health seekers from all walks of life and age visited to inquire and buy these ayurvedic products and medicines.
Also, eminent guests including Shri Robin Mann (Councilor), Shri Ram Lubhania (Councilor), Shri Rajinder Bitta (Councilor), Shri Jasbir Singh Foaji (Councilor), Shri Sanjeev Bhandari (Social Worker), Shri Rajinder Dhir (State Member, BJP), Advocate Ranjit Singh Rana (District Legal Cell BJP), Shri Jatinder Dhir (Social Worker), Shri Baljit Singh (Social Worker), Shri Balwinder Singh Cheema and Harjit Singh (Akhali Dal) graced the event by their presence and participation.
