Every year in March, DJJS Santulan marks the entire month as the celebration of women-hood and conducts various enlightening activities through its IWD special Swabhiman Campaign which aims to awaken Self-Esteem among women. From the last two year amid pandemic, Santulan has conducted virtual awareness sessions in terms of Santulan annual awards, workshops and many other interesting posts and activities, which was a big hit and gathered attention of our followers.

Although every year IWD celebration by Santulan is unique in its own way, but this year it has become very special, as on our followers demand, we have launched the Swabhiman Campaign on both online and offline platforms. Following the new normal norms, Santulan celebrated the IWD in its country-wide established branches and also on its social media platform in virtual mode.
Santulan undertook offline activities like workshops, debates, skits, plays, and annual awards, at nationwide DJJS branches- Aligarh, Meerut in Uttar Pradesh; Amritsar, Batala, Bathinda, Harpura, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar in Punjab; Bengaluru in Karnataka; Chakan in Maharashtra; Dehradoon in Uttrakhand; Dibrugarh, Jodhpur in Rajasthan, Panchkula in Haryana; and Rohini and Vikaspuri in West Delhi. Alongside, Santulan also launched awareness sessions on its social media platforms as well like, Survey (Check your Swabhiman Quotient), Live shows with the invited guests, various reels making challenge under #TuHaiShakti theme. Besides, there were also many exciting and inspiring activities on the social media handles which inspired the women to achieve their Swabhiman (Self-Esteem).
