In the contemporary age, the world is changing at exponential speed whether it is the domain of technological progress or the value systems. The complexities of the present era throw a myriad range of issues on us to tackle at all the times; procrastination, perfectionism, work-life balance and relationship management are few of them. In order to cope up with the intensity of modern life’s challenges, understanding and practicing productive management skills are extremely pertinent.
In order to discuss this matter of contention, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan was invited by OHM Queensland to conduct a workshop on the theme ‘GITA AND MANAGEMENT’ at Moorooka, Brisbane, Australia on 17th Aug 2019. Bhagwat Gita is acknowledged as Lord Krishna’s supreme memorandum to acquaint the mankind with the jewels of Karmic and supernal knowledge. Under the prudent and benign guidance of H.H. Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, DJJS Representative Sadhvi Om Prabha Bharti Ji deliberated and conferred the theme of the workshop with varied metaphysical archetypes, prototypes, management concepts, interactive activities and logical illustrations inherited from Bhagwat Gita blended with the management skills of the present times.
Sadhvi Ji elucidated that the grandeur and dogmas of Lord Krishna embedded in Bhagwat Gita is a plethora of not only wisdom and meta-physical philosophy but also an effective management prowess. Sadhvi Ji ardently decoded the management and spiritual symbolism behind the postulates and prophecies propounded by Lord Krishna. As a legendary master Lord Krishna imparted the supreme truths of Yoga, Bhakti and Karma to Arjuna and several others. Our scriptures sanctify Lord Krishna as the preeminent preacher and teacher of realistic and practicable solutions based on ancient science of self-realization. It clearly gives you the solution of everlasting happiness which is to mould one’s intellect from a negative mindset to a positive one. Such control over one’s emotions and stressors can be practiced through the precise technique of Brahm Gyan (divine knowledge) based meditation.
Sadhvi Ji proclaimed that Meditation has become a common trend nowadays but the opening of ‘Divine Eye’ by an enigmatic saint is a pre-requisite to real meditation. A meditative mind does not defer the positive actions and remains unaffected by the presence of the surrounding distractions. The workshop was deeply appreciated by the participants and it was followed by a Question and Answer session wherein the audience satisfied their spiritual quest and inquisitive minds.
