Thousands of yoga enthusiasts have been participating in Aarogya's #365DAyYogaChallenge not just in India but in the other parts of the world too. The recent was a yoga session conducted at Fresno, California.
During the shivir, many Yoga enthusiasts from different cultures were introduced to the ancient Indian science of Yoga and were taught various yog-asanas, meditation & breathing techniques.
An enlightening talk on the "Psychological Benefits of Yoga" by DJJS facilitator briefed the yoga enthusiasts on how practicing yoga-asanas, pranayama, and meditation on a daily basis has not only physical but also psychological benefits.
The program was highly appreciated by all and are looking forward to the next shivir.
