The responsibility of the development of any country, society and civilization lies on the teachers of that country. The teachers can transform and educate the students with the right knowledge, guidance, morals and conduct which proves fruitful for the generations to come. Realizing this significance of teachers, Manthan SVK, the holistic education program of DJJS, regularly organises Teachers’ Grooming Workshops from time to time for all the Teacher Volunteers.
The main objective of these workshops is to make teachers more aware, thoughtful & responsible so that they are able to contribute and shape the society with their consistent efforts and right thoughts. In line with this, Virtual Teachers’ Grooming Workshop was organized on Saturday 30th Jan, 2021 with an objective of “Creating Success on Demand”.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Dinesh Joshi, a certified Life Coach, a trained Corporate Hypnotherapist, Behavioral Therapist and Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Program. Dr. Dinesh shared his thoughts through informative presentations. He explained that motivation, intention and purpose are very important to accomplish any task. He further explained the concept of success through Sensory Inputs Mechanism of the human brain. Our sensory inputs like Kinaesthetic, Visual, Olfactory, Auditory & Gustatory help us store the information from the external environment but the brain separates it and provides only necessary information to sensory inputs to execute and delete the rest. Similarly, this practice of normalization, separation and deletion can lead us to success.
Apart from this, he also presented other esoteric sources of success to everyone through his real life experiences. Overall, the session was very informative and around 50 Teachers attended the workshop. In the concluding part of the session, Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji, Project Coordinator of Manthan SVK, thanked Dr. Dinesh Joshi ji for his guidance and time.
