Addiction and substance abuse continue to affect youth and communities, harming health, disrupting education, and weakening social well-being. To address this, the Sankalp Campaign, a collaboration of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (Bodh) and YPSS, launched the ‘Quit Karo’ Park Awareness Program. Public parks were selected as venues because they are central gathering spaces where people of all ages meet, allowing direct engagement through interactive sessions, street plays, and reflective discussions.

The initiative aims to raise awareness about the harms of addiction, encourage healthier lifestyles, and involve youth in community mobilization. Sessions combined Nukkad Nataks (street plays), motivational talks, practical demonstrations such as breathing exercises and fitness activities, and mass pledge-taking. Youth volunteers played a key role in energizing sessions and connecting with participants.
These sessions combined education, reflection, and practical exercises to foster understanding of addiction and its consequences. The sessions were organised at the following locations:

- VP Singh Camp Park, Tughlaqabad Extn., New Delhi (May 2025) – 150 participants engaged through street plays and discussions.
