To bring out the need for women to discover their unexplored dimensions through spiritual awakening, the ultimate success mantra to overcome all the challenges in life, DJJS Santulan conducted a grand virtual event in form of an exclusive International webinar themed – Women Empowerment: Challenges & Success Mantras on 17th March 2021 at 06:30pm IST. The webinar, held on account of Women’s History Month 2021, was dedicated to the ongoing online ‘Swabhiman Campaign’ of Santulan; joined by numerous women of all age-groups from 6 countries including Holland, Italy, Germany, Belgium, India and United Kingdom.
The enlightening webinar was chaired by Sadhvi Deepika Bharti Ji, Global Coordinator of DJJS Santulan. Intertwined with exciting case studies of women change agents, gender based experiments, insightful research and unknown facts, Sadhvi ji well explained the concept of age-old glass ceiling and ideal solutions to address it.
By means of presentation, Sadhvi Ji also discussed about the global impact of gender based discrimination in the society. And, to give its practical example, she invited 4-5 women, each from different countries to act in a virtual Forum Theatre. Everybody was surprised to see the thought-provoking Forum-Theatre that showcased the ground level reality of existence of gender biasness in every corner of the world.
Thereafter a short documentary summarizing the outstanding contributions of Santulan in reinstating the lost glory of womanhood in the society through its incessant efforts was screened which was highly praised by one and all. Followed by this, the Q/A session was held wherein participants interrogated with Sadhvi Ji in gender perspective.
Present among the distinguished guests were Ms. Trupti Patel (President – Hindu Forum, Britain), Ms. Kuldeep Lakhmana (Councilor), Ms. Avtar Kaur Cheema (Counsilor of Slough) and many intellectuals & elite ladies from London, Manchestar, Swansea, Brimingham, Glasgow, Brussels, Amsterdam, Milan, Singen, Stuttgart and Madrid.
Ms. Trupti Patel (President – Hindu Forum, Britain) applauded the event saying that today society is in sheer need to have such remarkable events in order to transform and uplift the status of women. She also expressed her humble gratitude at the lotus feet of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, visionary behind Santulan, for carving new age Vedic women today through self-realization. Further, the event progressed to show the most popular women empowerment theme song of Santulan’s nationwide women empowerment drive – Tu Hai Shakti; the power-packed song not only created an empowering aura but also left the audience spell bound.
The exclusive webinar was ended with a thank you note delivered by the coordinator of London Centre of DJJS – Sadhvi Bhaktipriya Bharti Ji; followed by a group photograph in Namaste pose – India’s way of greeting people which is now preferred over the entire globe post Covid pandemic.
