The occasion of ‘Sharad Purnima’ holds an exceptional place among the auspicious festivals of India. This festival has spiritual and scientific significance. The moonlight is enriched with exceptional medicinal qualities and its rays are known to heal and prevent long-standing respiratory diseases and allergies such as asthma, bronchitis, chronic cough, cold, sinus, etc.
D.J.J.S. Aarogya observed Sharad Purnima’ '22 with great fervor. For many years, DJJS has been celebrating this pious festival to provide its services to both its old and new visitors.

- Uttrakhand: Dehradun and Pithoragarh
- Rajasthan: Jaipur and Jodhpur
- Tamil Nadu: Chennai
- Uttar Pradesh: Meerut, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Azamgarh, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, Aligarh, and Bareilly
The kheer which was prepared using the desi cow milk, mixed with medicinal herbs was distributed to attendees followed by collective Om-Chanting and a socio-cultural program.
At these camps, the beneficiaries also got health consultations from expert Ayurvedic doctors. Enlightening health talks were also conducted by the doctors with the primary focus on the need and ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Lakhs of people from all walks of their lives attended and benefited from the camp globally.
