To rekindle the divine oath of fortitude and staunch faith on the ethereal path, ‘Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan’ organized a seven-day transcendental narrative of Shrimad Devi Bhagwat katha for the residents of Dehradun, Uttarakhand from 9th to 15th April 2023.

Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Katha Accentuated the Divine Tenets of Shakti (Goddess Durga) among Devotees at Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Sadhvi Aditi Bharti Ji, a disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder & Head, DJJS), blissfully soaked the devotees with the divine shower of spiritual pearls of Devi Bhagwat. A series of devotional and inspirational songs amalgamated with soul stimulating discourses elevated the thought process of attendees to manifest a positive transformation.

The Katha orator highlighted that whenever virtue declines and vice predominates, Devi herself incarnates as an Avatar. Just as the sun disperses darkness, the advent of Goddess in the hearts of devotees disperses ignorance. The real worship of the Goddess is only when we know the 'Shakti' present within the woman. The scriptures also reiterate the glorious saga of awakened and truly empowered women who not only reached spiritual heights but also stood against the societal ailments prevalent in that era.

Sadhvi Ji remarked that we too are the atomic souls of the Devi, forgetful of our real nature; until we are enlightened by her bona fide representative, the spiritual master. A perfect master is external manifestation of God.  To be free from material contamination and all anxiety brought about by ignorance, a pure devotee should follow the cosmic path shown by the divine mentor. His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji is one such divine power who is bestowing devotees with the unique technique of eternal science of Self-Realization. ‘Brahm Gyan’ harnesses the inner Shakti and creates divine personality which not only rejuvenates the individuals on the path of devotion but also benefits the society at large.

The katha was dedicated to the ‘Sanrakshan’ project- Nature Conservation Program of DJJS, aimed at invoking Vedic wisdom to achieve sustainable environment solution. ‘Sanrakshan’ blends the contemporary conservation methods with the eternal spiritual science of self-realization. The event was also marked by the gracious presence of many eminent guests and dignitaries like Sh. Pushkar Singh Dhami Ji [Uttarakhand CM], Sh.
