With an objective to demystify the primordial treasures of Shrimad Devi Bhagwat to the masses, under the munificent guidance of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder & Head, DJJS), a seven day long spiritual narrative of Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Katha was organized by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan at Rohtak, Haryana from 28 January to 03 February, 2023.  The magnificent spiritual saga saw the presence of several devotees and dignitaries. The Katha was proffered a propitious start by organizing a mega Kalash Yatra (Peace March) by the volunteers and devotees on 27 January, 2023. The kalash yatra was aimed at acquainting the people to get spiritually benefitted by attending the Katha and to awaken them to embrace the principles of Divine Knowledge for a better and serene world. The spiritual orator of the program Sadhvi Aditi Bharti Ji aesthetically delineated the essence of Shrimad Devi Bhagwat through a sequence of divine discourses.  A series of soulful hymns were presented by the team of disciple musicians present on the dais.

Through various Shlokas, DJJS representative elucidated that every divine deed of Devi is imbued with splendid and divine secrets. The various forms of Maa Shakti are the guiding light for all of us.  Sadhvi Ji proclaimed that to reach the pinnacle of righteousness and devotion, one needs to obtain ‘Brahm Gyan’ (Divine Knowledge) that ensures an ever-lasting connectivity with Devi or the supreme inner consciousness.

Sadhvi Ji blissfully remarked that ‘Brahm Gyan’ based meditation can drive out all the maliciousness, darkness, sorrows, anger and delusions out of us and bless us to become humans in the absolute sense. Just like the Devi, a perfect master also acts as a divine mother who brings forth his disciple in the cosmic world of eternity and ensures spiritual development. He puts an end to infinite cycle of life and death and guides the devotee on the path of salvation.

Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Katha was dedicated to ‘Manthan’ (Holistic education program for underprivileged)- a social initiative of DJJS which is primarily focused on strengthening the core educational foundation of under- privileged children of the society, elevating their moral conduct and thereby nurturing a child at academic, physical, mental and spiritual front. The Katha received immense media coverage and was widely appreciated by the attendees as it generated mindfulness about the real essence of worship and eternal path of devotion.
