Revelations from Lord Krishna!

No matter from which angle you look at the famous painting of Mona Lisa by the ace painter Leonardo Da Vinci, you will find her smiling at you. Similar is the life of our dearest Lord, Lord Krishna. We may look at it from any angle; it only confers benefits on us. Rishi Narada elucidates the same in the Bhagavat Mahapurana-

This is our story. Many a times we are afraid to show who we are. We conceal from the world our real face. ... Like icebergs, we normally expose only a small part of ourselves and generally just the part we wish to show. We shield those traits of our personality which for some reason we... Wearing masks is a kind of 'Okay' with people today but certainly there is a price that we have to pay for living under the mask. The price is the inability to express ourselves and show our real feelings which might prevent us from experiencing real joy in relationships. Moreover, while encountering different people in different situations we tend to wear so many different masks that we forget who we are underneath it. We eventually lose ourselves. This is like deceiving not just others but our own selves.

This exhaustive activity in which we keep ourselves involved almost every time takes away our peace of mind.

How can we actually remove these masks and be ourselves? Can we understand it through a divine play of Lord Krishna?

Also, we really find it difficult to fight the stress monster in our life. We try and deal with it through various weapons like changing our eating habits, indulging in physical activities, taking more sleep, trying relaxation techniques, socializing, etc. But all these weapons fail to conquer stress in our life.
