Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan’s Vikaspuri Branch organized 7-day Bhagwan Shiv Katha at Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, from 07th to 13th April 2025. This event, under the divine grace of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder & Head, DJJS), successfully conveyed the profound teachings embedded in the sacred stories of Lord Shiva. It inspired thousands of devotees to embark on the path of eternal devotion to Lord Shiva. The session was a harmonious blend of soulful devotional bhajans and the orator’s profound wisdom.

The Katha was beautifully narrated by Dr. Sarveshwar Ji (Disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji), who skilfully explained the deep meanings and contextual references of the teachings through slokas from various scriptures. Lord Shiva represents the divine aspects of both destruction and transformation, destroying the evil within man and leading him towards excellence. The orator unveiled many divine secrets from Lord Shiva’s life, including his deep meditation on Mount Kailash, his cosmic dance (Tandava), his drinking of halahal poison which came out from the churning of ocean, etc. Shiva sitting in an open third eye meditating pose, is a symbol of inner awakening, peace and mindful living.
In today’s fast-paced world, spirituality is more important than ever. With rising stress and distractions, meditation offers peace and self-reflection. Brahm Gyan - based meditation calms the mind, and a stronger connection to the divine, fostering unity, peace, and spiritual growth. When a person connects with their true self, they discover life's purpose and pursue it with determination and balance.

The orator further explained that the guidance of a True spiritual mentor is essential to attain inner awakening through self-realization. In the present times, Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji is bestowing this awakening upon seekers through the eternal wisdom of 'Brahm Gyan'. Shri Maharaj Ji says that only through inner awakening can true transformation be brought to humanity and lasting peace established in the world.
The orator shared that, as stated in the scriptures, only a perfect Satguru can initiate one into this sacred knowledge, unlocking the inner world and revealing the treasures of spirituality.
The Katha effectively conveyed the message of eternal devotion to the audience, with the audience appreciating DJJS's simple yet profound presentation. The Katha enabled people to deeply grasp the essence of the teachings and integrate them into their daily lives. Many expressed a keen interest in engaging with DJJS’s upcoming spiritual and social initiatives, as well as in seeking initiation into Brahm Gyan.
