We are living in a time, where everyone is much engaged in filling their lives with gadgets & electronic luxuries, adorning homes with artefacts & beautiful possessions, and filling closets with garments & ornamentation. In this quest, we completely deprive the heart and soul from the ornaments of compassion, humility, gratitude, empathy, and honesty. When mankind ceases to possess such characteristics, it can only lead the civilization to ruination. However, we have learnt that human heart is the temple of divine and therefore it is a reservoir of all such divine values, which needs to be awaken and virtues re-established.
In its supreme endeavour to bring about this awakening of spiritual divinity, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) organized a devotional concert “Bhaj Govindam” on 10th April, 2018 in Jammu & Kashmir. Soulful lyrics with insightful meaning were delivered with melodious tunes, which elicited spiritual values and devotion amongst attendees. Sadhvi Jayanti Bharti Ji, the preacher disciple for the program, elucidated the devotees to develop divine values of surrender, gratitude, devotion with her poignant discourse and bhajans.
Sadhvi ji explained that the soul, which is the particle of the Supreme Soul, is an inexhaustible treasure of bliss. However, this perennial source of happiness can be harnessed only upon connecting with the Supreme through the real art of meditation i.e. “Divine Knowledge” via the Perfect Master of time. Through this eternal & scientific Technique - “Brahm Gyan”, we can practically experience and realize God. Bestowed by the perfect master of time Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, one can dive into the world of the eternal divine music.
She further urged and inspired everyone to resolve to seek God from the Guru and not the fleeting digression of opulence. When a disciple walks on the path guided by a “Satguru”, the soul is empowered to take conscious control over the course of life - free of tribulations and impediments of normal life. In this way, life can be lived while engaging in personal and professional activities, making every event an opportunity for spiritual development.
Having listened to beautiful renditions in form of bhajans and discourses, the devotees realized the importance of spiritual pursuit in life and what to seek from the Lord and Satguru. Thousands of people, who attended the program were deeply mesmerized and appreciated the efforts of the organisation. The ambience was reverberating with sounds of peace and divinity.
