CR Angela Owen, Councilor, Calamvale, Queensland State, Australia, in her India visit, met DJJS representatives at Hotel Pullman on Jan 16, 2018. Sadhvi Deepika Bharti Ji and Sadhvi Ambuja Bharti Ji, disciples of HH Ashutosh Maharaj Ji and coordinator of Santulan (Gender Equality program, DJJS) and Aarogya (Holistic Health program, DJJS) respectively; apprised CR Angela Owen about the layout of various DJJS social initiatives being undertaken in India at a wide scale.
Sadhvi social workers of the organization delineated before the offshore guest, the concept of spiritual awakening; as the underlying philosophy behind all social causes that the sansthan is working at – gender, health, drug abuse eradication, nature & bovine conservation and empowerment of prisoners and the ones who are visually impaired or physically challenged, to name a few. The councilor Angela Owen was highly impressed to get acquainted with the knowabouts of the organization in the social front.
CR Angela Owen had invited Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) to preside over the mass event on International Day of Yoga 2017 at Brisbane, Australia in the month of June, last year. Recalling the same experience, the councilor applauded the organization once more and invited for the upcoming IDY 2018 also.
