Nurmahal in Punjab became the confluence of awakened womanhood, leadership, and collective social vision as DJJS Santulan, the Women Empowerment & Gender Equality initiative of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), under the guidance of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, hosted the fifth edition of its distinctive conclave, Yug Nirmani Nari 5.0 on Nov 10, 2025. The event convened an exuberant congregation of spiritually-awakened women volunteers of DJJS Santulan from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, and parts of Rajasthan. The conclave stands as a unique socio-spiritual and cultural movement dedicated to etch a generation of 21st Century Vedic Women- spiritually awakened, socially conscious, and equipped to lead with purpose in the contemporary world.
Conceptualized as a rejuvenating and intellectually enriching space, this series of conclaves is aimed to foster meaningful dialogue, collective reflection, shared learning and realign with the purpose, i.e the establishment of a socially balanced and gender-equitable society free from discrimination and violence against women. Talks, lectures, interactive sessions are organised to reflect upon society’s most deeply entrenched challenges like gender stereotyping and the distorted understanding surrounding women empowerment, gender equity, and gender equality.
The very theme Yug Nirmani Nari reflects the indispensable role of women in shaping a gender-balanced and progressive society. DJJS Santulan states, awakening of self through eternal science of self-realization, Brahmagyan, forms the foundational step towards holistic empowerment, enabling a woman to meaningfully channel academic, financial and social empowerment towards creating a more compassionate, value-driven, and socially conscious era.
Through powerful choreographic presentations by selfless volunteers of DJJS Santulan and soulful musical renditions by Sadhvi disciples of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj ji, participants paid tribute to the valour, resilience, and indomitable spirit of women who have shaped India’s civilisational and cultural legacy across different periods of history. Drawing inspiration from iconic figures such as Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi, Savitribai Phule, Rajmata Jijabai, Rani Padmavati, Ahilyabai Holkar, and many others, the performances beautifully depicted the true essence of womanhood, not merely as a symbol of sacrifice, but as the pivotal force behind preservation, leadership, courage, and societal progression.
DJJS Santulan, under the leadership of Sadhvi Deepika Bharti Ji, disciple of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, and a world-renowned dextrous orator of Shri Ram Katha in English and Hindi, for the last two decades has been extensively working through multifarious outreach campaigns focused on the holistic development of women.
