Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) under the divine grace of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji organized a devotional concert on October 6th, 2024, at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The theme of the event was ‘Bhaj Govindam’ aiming to connect the devotees with the true technique of ‘Divine Knowledge.’ The Key highlight of the event was the launch of SANKALP, an awareness drive under DJJS’s BODH initiative in collaboration with the Government of Himachal Pradesh, aimed at combating drug abuse. The program commenced with a prayer at the lotus feet of Lord Krishna.
The orator of the event- Sadhvi Vaishnavi Bharti Ji, beautifully expressed the true meaning of ‘BhajGovindam,’ which is not merely speaking or chanting the lord’s name, rather it is a very deep spiritual science which connects us with that Divine Name of Lord. The name which cannot be spoken from the mouth but can only be experienced deep within our soul, only by the Divine Grace of a Perfect Master.
Sadhvi Ji shared that it is through the supreme grace of a Perfect Master alone that one can attain the ultimate Divine Technique of ‘Divine Knowledge.’ This is the supreme knowledge of all knowledges through which one can directly see God (Tatva-Darshan) and hear his unspoken name. Through the continuous meditation based on ‘Divine Knowledge,’ we can connect ourselves with that unspoken name of the Lord and can embark on the higher purpose of life. Arjuna fought on the battlefield of Kurukshetra while internally being connected with that Divine Name. We too can remain connected with the Lord’s divine name while performing worldly commitments and become successful in true sense.
The event was dedicated to the social initiative of DJJS- BODH: Drug Abuse Eradication Program, directing to transform the drug afflicted society to empower them mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The divine process of ‘Divine Knowledge’ evolves a person beyond the limitations of physical senses and addictions. This knowledge empowers humans to fight with their own inner darkness.
DJJS representatives conveyed that in today’s era, Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji is bestowing the very same eternal technique of ‘Divine Knowledge’ to humankind. Through this technique, a disciple experiences permanent, positive, and divine transformation. They invited everyone to witness the Lord inwardly and not just chant his name outwardly.
As the Chief guest of the event- Shri Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu (Chief Minister, Government of Himachal Pradesh) marked his valuable presence along with other esteemed guests from political, social, judicial, and administrative fields. The event comprises many devotional and spiritual songs that kept the audience engaged. The congregation present at the venue applauded and extended heartfelt gratitude to DJJS.
