In the hustle-bustle of today’s life, the human beings are working like machines. Same routine, daily chores, deadlines and commitments occupy each day. The life seems monotonous and dull with nothing to look forward to. Each day and breath of life is spent in managing survival in this cut throat competition of so called modern world. In the perpetual race of connecting on social media with friends and acquaintances and trying to behave what we are not, we have lost sense of who we are. Connection with inner self is lost. There is no time to think and introspect.
Amidst all this chaos, if someone holds our hand and guides us in a direction which is marked by selflessness and righteousness then it is nothing short of miracle. To give this helping hand, a Devotional Concert - ‘Bhavanjali’ was organized by DJJS at Nahan, Himachal Pradesh on 17th September 2018. Audience thoroughly enjoyed the serenity and ambience as the event started with devotional bhajans and set the ambience of melodious rhythm.
The concert emphasized the importance of bhajans as momentous connection with God. It mesmerized the audience with inspiring lyrics and heart-touching sensations. The orator and preacher Sadhvi Tripada Bharti Ji led this devotional concert. Event made people realize the need and worthiness of having a great divine master in one’s life.
In the world surrounding us, learning happens through every action we take. Incidents, circumstances, challenges grow us and help us in enhancing our strengths and to overcome the weaknesses. The entire process of learning becomes much easier and faster once we have a great master with us to guide and mentor. Suddenly, life becomes beautiful when the master switches on his guiding light and enlightens us.
Devotional singing induces a desire for the truth, to get a glimpse of the inner beauty that is GOD, to taste the bliss that is ‘the Self’. It encourages man to dive into himself and be genuinely his real Self. The devotion plays a major role in connecting a human with his inner pure self. Eternal music along with the pure and unconditional love for God completes the meaning of the word- Devotion. It is the expression of the joyous thrill that wells up from the heart when the Glory of God is remembered and sang.
The event showcased various activities and initiatives by the organization. It was spiritual delight for the inquisitive souls and helped them to conquer the malicious mind-traps and transform them into positive channels of divine.
