Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), under the divine leadership of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder and Head, DJJS), held a devotional concert 'Bhaj Govindam' on 3rd September 2022 to enhance the spiritual growth of the masses of Faridkot, Punjab. The orator of the event, Sadhvi Vaishnavi Bharti Ji's eloquent explanation of spiritual truth garnered a huge audience.
Sadhvi Ji said that the theme ‘Bhaj Govindam’ means worshipping the divine. But how do we worship the Almighty? One may say that each individual does so in her/his own way and that there is no one method. On the contrary, Sadhvi Ji highlighted that there exists one true method through which if we worship the Lord, then our entire life becomes serene and tranquil. Our inner self transforms, and our actions become wise. That correct technique of invoking God is the ancient Indian spiritual science of divine knowledge, i.e., Brahm Gyan.
Today modern science has accepted the positive effects of meditation on the human brain. However, any meditation practice devoid of Brahm Gyan will have limited success. The reason is this divine knowledge is not just any text-book knowledge but a practical knowledge in communion with the supreme. All the sacred Sanskrit texts mention that God himself bestowed this practical knowledge upon the seers, and they have preserved and disseminated this knowledge amongst the masses without any prejudice. This is the reason why it is only a true spiritual teacher (Guru, the perfect master) who, having traversed on the spiritual journey, holds the authority to bestow this knowledge upon the seeker.
The Guru, through the technique of Brahm Gyan, opens the third eye of the seeker. The opening of the third eye is the activation of the pineal gland. Once the Guru activates the pineal gland, the unconscious primordial universal rhythm inherent in the human body becomes conscious. In this way, the seeker attains the knowledge to remain forever connected to the divine. Through Brahm Gyan, the seeker is able to worship God with every breath.
Now arises the question, how can we identify a true spiritual Guru? Sadhvi Ji answered that a true Guru will not give a verbal name or external object as a means to connect with the divine. In contrast, a Guru has the ability to bestow Brahm Gyan upon the seeker at any time that enables direct perception of the divine there and then. Sadhvi Ji, concluding the event, urged the audience to find the true Guru and attain Brahm Gyan. DJJS, in this respect, will always remain open for the seekers as His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji is the one true Guru of the present time. The concert mesmerized one and all spiritually.
