In this world, human beings of different mindsets exist together. For some, food and other materialistic amenities are the only requirements of living, while for some others the status and fulfillment of monetary goals drives the satisfaction factor in life. In today’s tech-savvy world, very few crave to meet God and desire to attain salvation. There was an Age when sages used to contemplate about the broadest picture of mankind, but now we hardly care for our neighbors. Unless something tangible is done to arrest this downward spiral, we are heading for a spiritual disaster and moral doom. People have turned listless and directionless and do not know where they are heading for and move like dumb driven cattle. Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) is making sincere efforts to successfully challenge this precarious downfall by conducting spiritual initiatives and infuse constructive dynamism in the society.
In order to awaken the spiritual essence and to make people aware for their ultimate destination after this life, DJJS, a non-government, non-profit and a leading socio-spiritual organization, whose Head and Founder is His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized an event styled Devotional Concert, ‘Uthaan’ on 29th November 2016 at Bathinda, Punjab.
A number of intellectuals graced the occasion with their valued presence in the concert. Some of them were: Mr. Tarsem Goyal (Deputy Mayor, Punjab), Mr. Chiranji Lal Garg (Ex. Minister, Punjab), Mr. V.K. Garg (Chief, Thermal Plant, Bathinda), Mr. R.K. Verma (Deputy Chief, Thermal Plant, Bathinda), Mr. Gyan Prakash Garg (M.D, Hi-Tech Industries), Dr. Rupinder Singh (S/o Cabinet Minister- Punjab Government), Dr. S.K. Bansal (Usha Mission Hospital) and Mr. B.D. Singla (Joint Commissioner, Corporation- Bathinda).
The program served its supreme and divine purpose to make those who attended the concert aware about the real purpose of life and inspired them to achieve the goal of Salvation, which is definitely possible for the sincere aspirant who pursues the path with perseverance.
The series of devotional songs presented the clear picture of life, world and divine relation with God that each souls shares beyond Time and Age. The melodious and meaningful songs successfully presented how this world is illusory. The holy souls transcend the mind-barrier to reach the goal of salvation to reach at the lotus feet of God and that is the ultimate bliss.
The Spiritual Discourser of the concert, Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji beautifully explained that no path can ever reach God without the benign grace of the Perfect Master. Only He knows the divine procedure to enlighten the human hearts and destroy all sins lying there since Ages. A famous Czech writer has revealed thus: “The salvation of this human world lies nowhere else than in the human heart, in the human power to reflect, in human meekness and human responsibility.” The time has come to find the Perfect Spiritual Master and whole-heartedly support His spiritual endeavors that are bound to bring peace and happiness to humankind. That should be the true purpose of one’s life.
