The Kalash Yatra was a wake-up call for the people to take out time from their busy schedules and attend the insightful and life transforming spiritual discourses being delivered at Shrimad Bhagwat Katha narrated by Sadhvi Kalindi Bharti Ji, the preacher disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder and Head, DJJS). The Katha is dedicated to ‘Manthan’ – the social initiative of DJJS for the underprivileged children.

In the Yatra, hundreds of disciples carried ‘Kalash’ (Earthen Pot) filled with Holy Water from Ganges on their heads. Through the peace march, the people were inspired to explore the real source of inner peace and live a life of bliss and divinity. The youth volunteers of DJJS also participated in huge numbers, holding banners and chanting slogans during the Yatra. They also drew the attention of people in the area towards the ‘Manthan’ initiative of DJJS, which aims at providing holistic and value based education to the underprivileged children of society. The success stories of ‘Manthanites’ are worth noticing.

Through the peace march, a message was given to the people that by attending the Katha they would gain insight into the significance of a Perfect Spiritual Master in life. A true Guru initiates the seekers of truth into the eternal science of Self-Realisation, which stimulates the inner transformation in a being. As a result, a positive change is triggered inside him, which subsequently brings a positive change in the external environment as well.  The technique of ‘Brahm Gyan’ enables us to connect to our pure consciousness or true being. When we do regular meditation based on ‘Brahm Gyan’, we free ourselves from the karmic bondages. The devotees greatly appreciated the efforts of DJJS in organising the ‘Kalash Yatra’ and the spiritual essence behind it.
