Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) - a non-government, non-profit and a socio-spiritual organization, head and founded by His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized a combined event of Shri Krishna Janmashtami and Independence Day on 15th August 2017 in Divya Dham Ashram. Thousands of holy disciples actively witnessed the grandeur of the event.
Series of devotional songs and spiritual discourses by preachers drenched the audience in varied colours of patriotism and devotion. In today’s world, no one wants to be dependent on anyone and freedom is something which each bird, animal including human crave for. Being dependent on someone leads to expectation and then ultimately dissatisfaction. Though we are physically free as a country but in the inner-world, we aren’t independent as yet. Various preacher disciples of Shri Maharaj Ji like Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Aditi Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Parma Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Deepika Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Pragya Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Shweta Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Shivani Bharti Ji and Sadhvi Ruchika Bharti Ji urged everyone to be FREE and INDEPENDENT in the true sense. We still depend on our sense organs and do what our mind says. However, disciples who remain in contact with their soul always feel free, independent and move ahead towards right direction.
Lord Krishna’s incarnation on the earth was to set everyone free from the shackles of bondages that we have in this world so that the soul can be united with the Supreme. During his childhood days, Lord Krishna used to hit the mud-utensils in order to grab the fresh cream and butter inside it. With this play also, he spread the message that while being in human garb, it’s very important to understand the sole purpose of life as realization of God is the fresh cream and butter inside this mortal body which will turn into ashes one day.
In the event, spiritual dance performance was organized which successfully attracted the eyeballs of audience and spread the supreme message of God to all. Youth and children contributed in the event through their selfless service. Team of divine musicians accentuated the mood of devotion and patriotism with their melodious tunes. Preachers shared invaluable thoughts and methods on how young disciples can bring the positive change. After the event, atmosphere was fully charged up with high spirits of patriotism. Everyone understood the purpose of life and decided to leap forward towards the goal of ‘World Peace’.
No nation can become successful until their people walk hand in hand with unity and spirituality. When people are initiated into Brahm Gyan (Divine- Knowledge), it plays the major role in bringing people to walk towards common mission of World Peace.
