The pinning philosophy of Yoga notable to the masses as “Vilakshan Yog” delineated by HH Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Head & Founder of DJJS) is being circulated worldwide since decades. Vilakshan means extraordinary. The package of Vilakshan Yog therefore includes yogic kriyas, asanas, pranayama, stretching exercises, ayurvedic tips over diet and nutrition, wisdom bytes on yoga, meditation and spirituality and peace prayers. It is easy and adaptable; and with regular practice it softens inflexible muscles and burns rigid fat. Vilakshan Yog also addresses issues like peer pressures, burnouts, emotional fluxes and anger fits that by-default come along in the package of professional careers as well as personal relationships or is age old hysterical depressions.
In the aforementioned event too, which was third in the row since year 2017, the same ideology of “Vilakshan Yog” was propounded through means of demonstrations as well as talk sessions. The organization believes - Yoga for the ancient man was prevention for many things whereas yoga for the modern man is treatment for many things. This set of many things range from physical ailments to mental ups and downs in the form of disproportionate body shapes and weights, joint pains, some lifestyle diseases such as thyroid, diabetes, arthritis, cervical, spondylitis, fluctuating blood pressure, high cholesterol etc. to stress, depression, burnouts, anger fits, lack of concentration, laziness, fatigue or insomnia. Along with basic and daily-do yogasanas, certain advanced postures such as Surya Namaskar and Sirsasana were also taught by the expert team of DJJS Australia.
DJJS Australia is also working in cities – Adelaide, Canberra, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne etc. DJJS is a socio-spiritual not for profit international organization moving swiftly towards its vision of global peace through individual awakening. In its mission to establish peace and harmony in the world, the organization constantly endeavors to work in multifarious societal avenues such as holistic wellness, education of poor, women empowerment, drug abuse eradication, prisoners reformation and rehabilitation, nature conservation and empowerment of disabled, to name a few.
