"Lesser number of girls enhances the status of women"- is one of the prevalent myths that have resulted in increased violence against women. Such myths rather encourage crime against women and onset of practices such as polyandry. Demystifying such myths and misconceptions to change social outlook and uplift the status of women, DJJS is organizing a series of 'awareness walks' nationwide.

The participants in rally walked on streets and lanes holding stick banners and chanting the slogans to stop violence against women. Little girls painted their face white to say the unsaid emotions of girl child in mime.

Sex ratio is inversely proportional to the crime against women. Lower the ratio, higher is the crime. DJJS, under the shelter of its founder and head, Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, is spreading this message massively through its numerous initiatives. After examining the reasons for this variation empirically, corrupt and diseased mindset has been detected as the major cause of the vicious circle of crime against women. DJJS is using its unique spiritual tools to awaken the human at soul level and thus, transform the society in gender perspective.
