As per Hindu mythology, Kumbh is the supreme divine destination festival among the sages. Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj always carries the highest level of significance among the others Kumbh festivals. Sun, being a symbol of Knowledge also rises during these days. As per the scriptures, Lord Brahma Ji (creator of the world), performed the Ashwamedha Yagya at the holy meeting point of Divine rivers Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati and created the entire planet.
In order to mark the beginning of the divine era, DJJS volunteers are selflessly contributing at Kumbh Mela Prayagraj. They are not paid for the services but offering their holy services under the divine grace of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
Just like the true soldiers, these volunteers are giving their best from the heart without bothering about the terrible weather conditions. Their purpose is to serve the devotees from different parts of the world. Blessed are such souls for their divine contribution.
