Lord Krishna has been a subject matter of curiosity all over the humanity for a long-long time. We always enjoy listening or watching playful acts of Krishna and listening of Gita sermon amidst the war of Mahabharata. Thus, victory of good over evil is celebrated. We never realize if Krishna was incarnation of Lord Vishnu, what was the need to do these playful acts, Mahabharata war and suffering of his parents at the hands of daemon Kansa? Why is it that so many verses of Bhagwat Gita were said? Why didn’t Krishna show Arjuna his true form to start with? What is the divine message behind these Leelas (playful act) of Krishna?

Shri Krishna Katha Disseminated the Seeds of Divine Knowledge in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan

To make the humanity understand the nuances and hidden message behind Krishna’s acts, a Spiritual event was organized by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) from 24th Jan to 28th Jan, 2018 at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, by the grace of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder of DJJS) The 5 days Shri Krishan Katha engaged the audience in various acts beautifully articulated by Lord Krishna. Huge number of devotees gathered to attend this spiritual discourse. Several dignitaries also marked their presence at this event. In addition to capturing the hearts of thousands of people who attended the five-day event, the Katha was broadcasted worldwide as well.

Sadhvi Rupeshwari Bharti Ji, preacher disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji was the Katha orator who elaborated the Shri Krishna Katha beautifully. Those who were part of this Katha realized that these events are required to bring change in today’s society. Now a days, we commonly hear words like Meditation, Self-Engineering, Higher Consciousness, Third Eye, Meditation, Soul Purity, etc... However, all these efforts are far from any practical experience according to our scriptures. This can be easily explained with the case in Bhagwat Gita wherein Lord Krishna preaches various lessons to Arjuna related to true religion, detachment, self-realization, etc.; for him to perform his duty but it fails to change Arjuna’s mind. Only when Lord Krishna helps in opening the third eye of Arjuna and makes him see the oneness, ends his mental confusion. This is the genuine example that explains that mere words are of no use and God must be felt within.
