The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from the student and teachers fraternity with interactive activities and presentations encouraging deep reflection on gender roles, societal conditioning and the silent pressures of balancing multiple responsibilities.

A powerful presentation of a skit on the very theme emerged as a highlight of the event, vividly capturing the everyday struggles women face while trying to live up to the “Superwoman” ideal. It exposed how this image, often worn as a badge of pride and reinforced by praise from others, is deeply flawed. By reflecting the pressure to do more and be more for others constantly, the performance questioned the glorification of hustle culture and revealed the quiet burden it places on women. A captivating reel-mashup choreography titled Kyonki Tum Ladki Ho captured the emotional journey of women navigating societal expectations while rediscovering their identity. Are you the Superman who can complement a Superwoman? Titled an interesting activity was being carried out especially with the male audience to raise awareness and sensitize them for gender discourse to be successful and to establish gender equilibrium its pertinent that the society as a whole understands the need of the hour for that women’s real issues need to be perceived and understood by everybody.

The workshop was further enriched by an insightful talk by Sadhvi Aditi Bharti Ji, disciple of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, through a case study of Goddess Chinnamasta and decoded the concepts of being a symbol of grace, strength and inner balance amidst chaos. Sadhvi Ji emphasized that true empowerment lies not in external labels but in being self-aware. In an interesting segment titled #couplegoals Sadhvi Ji drew historical anecdotes to emphasize the importance of mutual respect, partnership and empathy as the key features in building a gender balanced society. Sadhvi Ji further stressed the need for a strong support system where responsibilities are shared, so that duties do not become a burden. When a woman truly feels supported and has a dependable system to rely on, the pressure to be a “Superwoman” begins to ease, gradually freeing her from this silent and often unrecognized trap.

The event culminated with the university authorities presented a memento to Sadhvi Aditi Bharti Ji as a token of appreciation and reverence.
