In a world dominated by speed, screens and stress, the quest for inner balance has never been more urgent. Rising cases of anxiety, fatigue, and lifestyle disorders call for solutions that go beyond quick fixes. Responding to this need, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), under its holistic health initiative Aarogya, organized a series of Vilakshan Yog & Dhyan Sadhna Shivirs across Bihar, Punjab, Haryana, and Jammu & Kashmir between October and December 2025.

Yog & Dhyan: The Twin Pillars of Holistic Wellness
The Vilakshan Yog & Dhyan Sadhna Shivirs are named for their unique, heartfelt approach and vision of holistic well‑being, blending the healing power of Yoga with the quiet depth of Dhyan (meditation). These Shivirs created a calm and nurturing space away from the rush of daily life, gently showing how yoga and dhyan can soothe a restless mind, comfort the heart and restore energy to a tired body. Through guided yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation, participants naturally experienced balance, lightness and renewed vitality, while Dhyan Sadhna helped silence mental clutter and awakened inner clarity.

These sessions highlighted that yoga and meditation are not just for a select few, but are beneficial to people of all age groups. Beyond physical fitness, these Shivirs presented Yoga, Dhyan and Ayurveda as a way of life - one that prevents lifestyle disorders, nurtures mental clarity and supports lasting wellness from within.
The Yoga and Dhyan Sadhna Shivir focussed on the timeless wisdom of “Swasthasya Swasthya Rakshanam” - to preserve and protect good health in those who are already well, ensuring balance and vitality throughout life and “Aturasya Prashamanam Cha” - to gently heal those who are suffering, restoring health completely and supporting their journey toward lasting well‑being with consistency and care.
DJJS Aarogya is dedicated to promoting preventive healthcare and holistic living. The Vilakshan Yog & Dhyan Sadhna Shivirs empowered communities with practical tools for sustainable health and offered techniques to combat stress and foster emotional balance.
