Sw. Vivekananda, the international youth icon, the 'Messenger of Indian wisdom to the Western world' professed the definition of youth in the most profound and apt manner where he focusses on the balance of mind, body and soul in life. While detailing the same concept and his various teachings and ideas as well, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan founded and mentored by His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj ji, Karkardooma centre has organized a workshop at east delhi under the banner of its Drug Abuse Eradication Program, BODH for the youth aged between 15 - 35 years. From various areas surrounding the East Delhi, school and college going youth citizens presented dances, quizzes, delivered lecture presentations, communicated the moto via the skills of MIME and also performed an educative skit which were very well received by their equals.

One of the speakers, Mr. Subeg Maan said “there are different aspects and incidences of sw. Vivekananda which I am completely oblivion about till date but after attending the workshop today my respect for swami ji has increased immensely, what a great man he was”.

Many others like Subeg too came forward and shared their new outlooks towards patriotism and youthfulness that was developed during the lecture delivered by Ms. Sapna Gupta, Assistant professor, MAIT. She also focused on the concepts and issues significant to youth’s life as in how relatively variant perceptions are formed during the session. At the end, the coordinator of karkardooma branch, Sadhvi Chaitanya Bharti Ji, disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj ji delivered an insightful speech on the needful of bringing the balance in personal, professional and spiritual life and also awarded many girls and boys, who have successfully achieved this balance and also for how have they contributed for the betterment of the society in their own respective ways and capacities.
