Vedas are the oldest and most significant treasure trove of our knowledge system and contains colossal wisdom for all possible fields of knowledge that exists. From philosphy to law, ethics to science, medicine, astronomy and geography to environment, Vedas include mantras and hymns that reiterate the valuable gist of human existence.
Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir (DJVM), established under the blessings and guidance of revered Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, is an initiative to invigorate the spiritual Vedic values and culture by conducting research on the ancient literature. DJVM is working globally to spread the acquired knowledge among the masses and revive the oral tradition of recitation of Vedas and bring Sanskrit back into everyday practice. Since the pandemic has begun, virtual classes of Shukla-Yajurvediya Rudra Ashtadhyayi (Rudri Paath) and Spoken Sanskrit (Sanskrit Sambhaashan) have been started globally.
We are glad to share that on 26th January 2022, the evaluation processes of yet another 19 batches of Rudri Paath was successfully concluded. Over 1700 beneficiaries have successfully completed their Rudri Paath lessons.
In addition, training sessions of around 150 new teachers and volunteers were also conducted from 22nd-26th January 2022. These Vedic trainees were sensitized on innovative teaching learning methodologies so that they can further contribute to spreading this Vedic knowledge.
