"In a world where health is both a concern and a priority, returning to the roots of natural healing—Ayurveda—is no longer a choice but a necessity."

Ayurveda, once central to Indian living, has gradually lost relevance—not because its principles weakened, but because our lifestyles drifted away from them. More than a system of medicine, Ayurveda is a comprehensive way of living rooted in “Ritucharya”, which aligns lifestyle with seasonal changes; “Dinacharya”, the daily routines that harmonize mind and body; and “Aharacharya”, the practice of mindful eating based on one’s constitution.
These timeless principles make Ayurveda a truly holistic pathy, far beyond mere curative treatments. However, rapid urbanisation, shifting food habits, and declining awareness have caused this rich tradition to be overshadowed by quick-fix health solutions. To revive these foundational practices and reconnect communities with authentic preventive wellness, DJJS Aarogya has stepped forward at the grassroots level.

To bridge the gap between traditional Ayurvedic wisdom and modern health needs, DJJS Aarogya conducts monthly free health camps across 66 villages surrounding Divya Dham Centre of DJJS. These camps offer:
- Free diagnosis and consultations
- Free distribution of Ayurvedic medicines
- Lifestyle and diet counselling based on “Ritucharya”, “Dinacharya”, and “Aharacharya”
- Awareness on preventive health, empowering communities to take charge of their well-being
This initiative forms a crucial part of the DJJS Aarogya Program—committed to holistic health, preventive care, education, awareness, and community engagement, ensuring that Ayurveda becomes a living, relevant practice once again.
