Under the initiative of health and wellness, DJJS organized daily yoga sessions, ayurveda awareness, free medical services and health talks benefiting individuals. Some of the major highlights of the Kumbh mela were:
• Exceptional Ayurvedic services. The purpose of the camp was to benefit people with their concerns through treatment, remedies, and lifestyle changes. 1836 patients benefited from this camp in a month.

• As part of the Aarogya holistic health initiative by DJJS, a committed group of five doctors offered extensive medical services and emergency provisions. The initiative featured four first aid stations, and emergency services to guarantee the health of participants. This initiative received backing from seasoned experts, such as Dr. Dilip (MBBS, Oncologist), Dr. Ankit Kumar (MBBS), Dr. Logesh (MBBS), Dr. Nekpal Mourya (MBBS), and Dr. ST Mishra (MBBS), who were all dedicated to providing outstanding healthcare during the event. Around 4750 people availed this from January to March. The services started a month before the mahakumbh launched, when the preparation was underway and lasted till the wrap up of the mela.
• SAM Pharmacy, the Ayurvedic branch of DJJS showcased more than 120 Ayurvedic products manufactured at Nurmahal. Founded with the aim of merging traditional Ayurveda and modern science, SAM Pharmacy seeks to become an international emblem of premium Ayurvedic therapies and wellness offerings. In addition to medicines, numerous Ayurveda OTC products and lifestyle goods were displayed to encourage preventive health practices and natural living.
• Swami Vigyananand Ji, yoga expert, infused energy and harmony into the Kumbh with his regular yoga sessions from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM familiarizing participants with yoga asanas, pranayama, and traditional wellness practices. Yoga is not just a means for physical wellness but an important practice that even fosters mental and spiritual well-being. 2700 people actively participated in these yoga sessions from 15 January to 15 February.
• Throughout the month, various health talks were organised wherein individuals were enlightened by Sadhvi Parma Bharti Ji about ways to maintain overall well-being by bringing small changes in one’s lifestyle. These engaging conversations enhanced the on-site health services, reaching more than 1-2 lakh attendees throughout the month-long effort.
• Acupressure camps attracted a remarkable turnout of 2,993 participants, actively engaging in learning this alternative healing method. The camps provided hands-on experience and valuable insights, empowering attendees to explore a natural and holistic approach to wellness. This initiative highlighted the growing interest in alternative cures and their potential benefits to health.
