Imparting awareness to students in Punjab is an immediate need

“Can you tell me how to stop my father when he consumes liquor in front of me?”

The problem of drug epidemic which is devouring Punjab is completely reflected by this simple question of Rinku, and its intent raised an alarming change in the society, wherein instead of a father who always seems to be in the state of asking question for the betterment of a child, a child is observed to be ironically asking how to deal with an alcoholic father here in this context.

Also surprisingly, every time Sadhvi Ji was answered back elaborately and ostentatiously by the students, when she posed any question regarding any type of drugs and their reasons of availability within that area. While communicating, Sadhvi Triveni Bharti Ji, disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, observed an uncanny apparent acceptance in those students towards these substances of abuse.

During the discussion with the teachers as well, they placed a request before the facilitators of Drug Abuse Eradication Program of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan to come regularly so that such an unusual acceptance towards drug abuse can be bothered and corrected and logical education can be infused in their minds.
