Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), under the bountiful grace of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder and Head of DJJS), held a spiritually enriching Shri Krishna Katha at Chandigarh, UT. The five-day soul-soothing Katha with Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji as the orator was held from 30th November to 4th December 2022. The huge audience found Sadhvi Ji's comprehensive narrative about Lord Krishna both enchanting and inspiring.
Sadhvi Ji said that Lord Krishna's life is a testimony to the fact that faith in the divine is never futile. Various sages and the people of Mathura, tortured by the demon king Kansa, prayed to the divine. The Lord incarnated and killed the demon Kansa eventually. This was not a coincidence but a direct answer to the prayers of the devotees.
On another occasion, Lord Krishna ended the confusion of Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. Arjuna was no ordinary person but rather the most accomplished archer. Yet, he stood motionless in the battleground as he was too attached to his relatives who were his enemies in the battlefield. He then asked for Lord Krishna's help. Seeing the condition of Arjuna, Lord Krishna bestowed upon him the divine knowledge of ‘Brahm Gyan’. Empowered with true knowledge, Arjuna not only fought the battle but won too.
Yet is it possible to keep our faith in the divine steadfast without knowing the true nature of the divine? Let's look at ourselves. Today, we thank God if everything happens according to our plans. However, a slight delay or change in things causes us to question the very existence of God. Thus, the solution is to know God. The knowledge of God is possible only when a true spiritual teacher (Guru) imparts Brahm Gyan to us. Brahm Gyan is the ancient Indian sacred technique that is kept alive to this day by enlightened seers. It is a technique through which the Guru opens our third eye and makes the unconscious connection between our soul and the omnipotent Almighty God, conscious. This realization of the divine helps us hold onto faith in adverse situations too. Our prayers are no longer incomplete due to a wavering mind.
Sadhvi Ji, bringing the Katha to an end, requested the audience to strengthen their faith with the knowledge of the divine, i.e., Brahm Gyan. For this purpose, find a true Guru at the earliest.
