“To be strong in the Lord is to surrender and fully submit our heart, mind and will to him”. It has been rightly said that when we submit ourselves to Lord, there is nothing that can harm us. Once you put all your trust in him, he is never going to leave you. Such has been the incarnation of Lord Krishna in ‘Dwapar Yuga’. Stating his divinity, a five-day Krishna Katha was organized in Ludhiana, Punjab from 13th to 17th September 2018. The orator of this pious Katha was Sadhvi Saumya Bharti Ji.
The beginning to the Katha was marked with a vast kalash yatra. Large masses were a part of this yatra making it a noteworthy event. This yatra sent a message to the whole surrounding at a large scale. Each day of that Katha started with prayers in lotus feet of Lord Krishna marking a divine beginning to the day. Sadhvi Saumya Bharti Ji mentioned various anecdotes of Lord Krishna’s life which inspires us to lead our life in his divine path. She stated the incident of Govardhan Mountain. As per the anecdote, there was immense rainfall in the area. Everything was being washed away by the rains. Hence, everyone approached Lord Krishna for the help. Lord Krishna who understood the situation well, lifted the mountain in order to protect them. Lord Krishna, being his humble self, asked his friends to help him. His little friends helped him in lifting up the mountain and thought that Krishna could not have done it without their help. Lord Krishna in his divinity, asked for their help even though he nowhere needed it. Through this incident, Sadhvi Ji explained that Lord when asks for our help does not want us to actually do anything, but just wants us to be a part of it to give us the credit for that. He is fully capable of doing everything on his own.
Similarly, she stated that revered Gurudev, Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji can alone fulfill his goal of World Peace. But he is giving us a chance to be a part of this immense transformation. Sadhvi Ji stated many such anecdotes and spread out the message of Eternal divine knowledge as acting force behind this mission of World peace. The trained musicians captivated the attention of the audience for the whole duration of Katha. The amalgamation of soulful music and mesmerizing speech created an aura of divinity in the surrounding. The event was marked a huge success with many devotees being initiated into ‘Divine Knowledge (Brahm Gyan)’ to know the real Krishna which is omnipresent.
