Bhagwan Ram exemplified the perfect person; he embodied the divine on Earth, and he taught us how to live our lives in accordance with dharma and divine principles. Bhagwan Ram was the epitome of compassion, gentleness, kindness, righteousness and integrity. Although he had all the powers in the world, he still was peaceful and gentle. Through careful examination of his life, we learn how to be the perfect son, the perfect brother, the perfect husband and the perfect king. His reign in Ayodhya is referred to as Ramrajya, the summit of perfect governance.
In order to make people aware of the principles of Lord Ram and to spread the relevance of spiritual growth, DJJS conducted a seven-day program of Shri Ram Katha from 1st to 7th April 2019 at Siraha, Nepal. The spiritual orator of the day and disciple of revered Gurudev, Sadhvi Padmahasta Bharti Ji explained the supreme philosophy of Lord Ram and further unfolded the life lessons from Ramayana.
Sadhvi Ji compared the scenario of Satyug (Lord Ram’s Era) with the current era. She said that today, people are losing their character, morals and truthfulness in order to be more so called ‘modernity’. For any country, it is fine to advance in technology and science but what we have forgotten is that a country’s foundation lies in its spiritual and religious ethics. So as to achieve World peace, we need to raise our moral values. To re-establish the Ram Rajya, we need to repair the broken connection between our soul and the Lord. This can’t be achieved through any external means. This can be done only through the eternal science of Brahm Gyan (Divine Knowledge).
This Divine Knowledge can only be realized by any human with the grace of an awakened spiritual Master. The technique was imparted to Shri Ram by his spiritual teacher Maharishi Vashisth. Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji has been blessing each soul with Brahm Gyan so that one can clean himself and contribute in the vision of ‘Ram Rajya’ transforming it into reality even today.
The Katha was successful in spreading the message of Brahm Gyan to the masses. The audience was mesmerized by the way oration was done by Sadhvi Ji. The event was highly appreciated, and the number of devotee listeners increased by each passing day. The trained devotee musicians created an aura of divinity by their music, thereby leaving the listeners spellbound. The combination of divine music and pious Katha attracted the people from nearby places as well. The Katha was completed with the “Hawan” on last day conducted by Sadhvi sisters and the chief guests, thereby leaving the environment pious and reverberating with the chants of Shri Ram.
