“Only the timid and the weak leave things on destiny, but the strong and the self-confident never bank on destiny or luck”- As one of the most significant learning from Ramayana, it gives us a significant message by conveying us that we all are responsible for the life we are living today. Whatever we are facing and struggling today is the choices we made yesterday. We are the one who can destroy our life or mould into the biggest success story which can inspire the masses. It’s all upto us what we do with it.
Lord Ram was a life of holy compliance, of utmost purity, of matchless simplicity, praiseworthy contentment, commendable self-sacrifice and remarkable renunciation. Being a Lord himself, he has gone through loads of challenges, stayed separately from his own parents for 14 years, later lived separately from his own wife all life. Though he went through such phases yet he earned to be worshipped by millions for aeons, yet scriptures devotedly mentioned Lord Rama, as “the embodiment of truth, of morality, the ideal son, the ideal husband, and above all, the ideal king".
In order to connect the masses of disciples and worshippers today with the sole purpose of life, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), conducted a seven-day program of Shri Ram Katha from 28th April to 4th May 2019 at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Sadhvi Shreya Bharti Ji, being the devoted disciple and spiritual orator of the Katha unfolded such life lessons and grounds of those lessons which can be life-changing only if the disciple implement it and walk on it.
With abundant grace of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Shri Ram Katha started with Kalash Yatra spreading the divine message of global peace. The event commenced with the holy prayer at the lotus feet of Lord Ram. Sadhvi Ji explained the condition and causes of society and saints today and how a Yug Purush, being a most benevolent always comes and connect people to the sole purpose of life by spreading Divine Knowledge that leads to spiritual awakening. Shri Ram portrayed the perfect example of how to manage relationships. He not only sacrificed his life for his family but for society too. Today Man has become selfish which is the main reason of all the destructions of all relations. Lord Ram has showed how to give up one’s desires and serve society by his actions and not by uttering a single word.
The Katha was an open invitation to establish Ram and Ayodhya within by practising meditation on Divine Knowledge so that Ram Rajya can flourish once again. Masses were impressed with the efforts of selfless volunteers and grasped the message of Divine Knowledge which connects them to their soul’s sole purpose. The listeners were completely absorbed in the pure and inspiring aura of Shri Ram Katha. They got to know about the social initiatives of Sansthan and all other causes, it stands for. Event was a huge success as lots of people took Brahm Gyan (Divine Knowledge to Realise One-Self) and promised to participate in social initiatives.
